On the ground floor : Large living room with fitted kitchen area, dining room and TV lounge. Bedroom I in master suite with shower and washbasin.
On the lower floor: Bedroom II with adjoining shower room. Bedroom III with adjoining bathroom. Bedroom IV with bay window opening onto an outdoor terrace.

Exteriors: Upstream of the main house, you will find a large swimming pool area* of 10mx4m with a pool house area which can accommodate a summer kitchen and dining room. Several sunbeds and parasols at your disposal. The terrace belonging to the main house measures a hundred square meters. It is decorated with a natural pergola allowing meals to be taken. Equipped with a Weber gas BBQ. Regarding the terms of rental, entries and exits are on Fridays. *Pools are generally "open" from May to October, some can be heated at an additional cost. Outside this period the swimming pools are winterized; the opening and the heating are done on request and generate a supplement.
