The property is divided into three parts including a main house and its two independent apartments: The main house has 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. On the first level, bedroom I with bed 160x190cm and complete shower room. Bedroom II, a master suite with a 160x190cm bed, a large bathroom and access to a private terrace overlooking the pool area. Bedroom III, on the second floor of the house, has a 140x190cm bed and a shower room and WC.

Adjacent to the main building, a first independent flat offers a master bedroom en suite with a 160x190cm bed (room IV) and a large bathroom. Then, a double bedroom with 2 beds 90x190cm (room V), shower room and WC. This apartment offers a living space with a complete kitchen and dining area, as well as a small balcony and private terrace.

Located in the courtyard in front of the house, a second flat with a bedroom with bed 160x190cm (room VI) and full bathroom en suite and living space with kitchen and dining area of 40m².

Various outdoor spaces are available for relaxation: dining area with barbecue,  swimming pool* with a 7x4m pool secured by alarm, numerous shaded terraces.

* The pools are generally "open" from May to October, some of them can be heated at an extra cost. Outside of this period the pools are in winter storage; opening and heating are done on request and generate a supplement.
