Near a beautiful and authentic Provençal village, elegant renovated house of the end of the 17th century. Passing under a porch leading to the well by a calade, you can feel that the buildings of the 17th were built on the ruins of a Gallo-Roman villa, with such history emerging from the place seems obvious.

On the right, the front door leads into the living room with fireplace / corner insert, classic terra cotta and old Provencal ceiling. On the side is the dining room and its beautiful wooden ceiling. On the back, a generous vaulted passage allows access to the equipped kitchen. At the front, a beautiful terrace allows to enjoy the sun until the last rays at the end of the day, and offers a nice view towards the village. From the living room, a staircase leads to the large landing / library on the first floor, which distributes bedrooms I and II as well as a separate toilet. The staircase then leads to the second floor, converted into suite owners, with bedroom III, a large bathroom + shower and toilet, and a lounge / study. The whole with crawling ceilings and superb exposed beams.

The building with a usable total surface to be renovated of approximately 600 sq. meters is entirely built in local stone. Several accesses allow to enter alternately barns, sheds, hangar or habitable parts (gîtes), but even if the roof has been partially redone and revised, it is necessary to envisage a total renovation.

The immediate environment is agricultural and wild. The land, with a surface area of 8 hectares in wild nature, is planted with truffle oaks, several superb century old mulberry trees, almond trees, broom and various shrubs.
