Between the Saint-Tropez bay and the Valmer bay, buildable land of 1883 m².

In the countryside without being isolated, the terrain is relatively flat despite a slight difference in altitude (less than 1,5 meter between the higher and the lower point). It is a nice plot nestled between the end of a residential area and a wooded hill.

There are on the ground several beautiful oaks at the entrance of the field, a fig tree, laurel hedges sauces and various Mediterranean species, and an old well on the southern part of the land.
