The L-shaped courtyard is planted with laurels, cypresses and boxwood, and offers several spots for relaxing. The grounds are partly meadow and partly woodland, with some fruit trees.

It also includes a wood shed and a relaxation area with kitchenette. The setting is calm and peaceful in the midst of unspoilt nature, with numerous paths for excursions starting from the house.

The adjoining house to the east is not a nuisance.
