Near the village of Gordes on a plot of over 900 m², hamlet house of the sixteenth and eighteenth centuries totally renovated in 2009 with high quality standards.

We enter via a porch in a charming inner courtyard paved with stones. The sound of water from the fountain immediately imposes a certain serenity. With a useable surface of about 200 m², the ground floor is composed of a beautiful dining room with an authentic cooker-fireplace, followed by a fully equipped kitchen and a large back kitchen and vaulted stone wine cellar. On the side, a hall distributes a laundry, a small storage and a bathroom with toilet. A summer dining room with kitchen and barbecue, very sheltered and adjacent to a vaulted wood shed, opens onto the courtyard and can easily accommodate a dozen people.

From the dining room, a stone staircase provides access to the first floor on a large landing dedicated to an open office space. To the south, the large bright living room with fireplace (insert) has direct access to the courtyard through its original stone staircase, then bedroom I with its shower room & toilet, and bedroom II with dressing room, shower room & toilet. This bedroom enjoys a private terrace in the garden, located at the back of the house.

Entirely landscaped and planted with olive trees, lavender, laurel, mulberry, fig, pine and other local species, the land is lined with stone walls and includes a shed and a beautiful shaded petanque ground in the north. The views are delighted over the valley towards the Luberon and its perched villages.
