On the garden level, there are a large kitchen fully equipped with dining area, a scullery / laundry / technical room, a billiard room, a double living room with TV and a table football.

On the same level, bedroom I and II share a bathroom + wc, bedroom III with bathroom and dressing.

Unheated swimming pool* 12 x 6 meters with stone paved beaches and pool house (+ outdoor shower). The land is fully landscaped and planted with regional species.

This property  is ideal for family holidays.

* Swimming-pools are usually « open » from May to October, and some of them can be heated with an additional charge. Outside this period, pools are closed. Nevertheless, opening and heating remain possible on special request with an extra cost.
