The property covers more than 4.3 hectares on the heights and in the calm of Gordes countryside, at a reasonable distance from the village. The whole comprises 10 stone buildings of various sizes and uses.

The most important one is used as the main house. The entrance room (+/- 25m²) of the main house serves as a transition room between:
- On one side the large room (67m²) of dining room - living room (with its fireplace), the kitchen (with central island) and a back kitchen solarium (11m²) + a second back kitchen, smaller, also serving for the access to the basement where one finds a beautiful cellar, then a visitor's WC, a bathroom and a first bedroom. Large terrace of which about 38m² is covered (old tiles).

- On the other side is the master suite with a study (+/- 17m²), a 5th bedroom of about 17m² with a solarium terrace, a dressing room and a shower room / WC. At the entrance of the property, there is a second house which can be used as a caretaker's house. It consists of a small living room, a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and a shower room.

To the rear of the main house, detached from the dwelling, there is a borie (which houses the main Weissmann boiler), a shelter for the oil tank, another which is used for storage, then a large workshop/garage with several awnings, a small wooden shed and a glass greenhouse for the vegetable garden.

To the south of the house, around the swimming pool (approx. 6 by 10m + stairs / covered by a high retractable greenhouse), there are 3 buildings :
- The first one has a shower room and another one for a toilet.
- The second, with two other rooms, for the machinery and the heating of the pool (dedicated Weissmann boiler). Finally, a beautiful room with a stove, which can be used as a playroom, workshop or spare bedroom.
-Along the road, between the two dwellings, there is an unfinished borie, and then, close to the main dwelling, an awning for 2 cars. If we add the garage and its awnings, we have enough to cover a lot of vehicles.

The plot of 4.3 hectares in one piece is superb and particularly large for the area. It is a very beautiful vegetation, mostly garrigue, but also made up of small beds, an orchard and a field of lavender.
