Land of about 8100 sqm in terraces, fully fenced up and secured by an electric gate.

On the ground floor, you enter the house in a hall opening onto the living room with fireplace and TV, a guest toilet.

In the continuity is the dining area opening onto the fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, 4 electric burners, fridge-freezer, Nespresso machine, dishwasher etc ...) back kitchen with 1 complementary refrigerators, an ice machine, this room is also the laundry room.

A large terrace is accessible through the living room and the dining area.

On the left side of the house bedroom I with a king size bed, bathroom with toilet.

On the right side bedroom II with king size bed, bathroom and private toilet and access to a small private terrace.

On the first floor are the other 3 bedrooms:

Bedroom III, 2 single beds put together with a basin and toilet in the room and the bathroom on the landing. A connected room for 2 young children with 2 separate beds, an additional sink in the room.

Bedroom IV with 2 single beds put together, shower room with toilet included. This room can also communicate with bedroom III.

This bedroom has access to a small terrace with a view furnished with table and chairs and a magnificent view over the Luberon, bedroom V also has access to this terrace.

Bedroom V, master, with a king size bed, complete bathroom and toilet included.

Outside you can enjoy the 10 x 5 m swimming pool (depth 0.80 to 2 m), secured by an alarm and could be heated. The summer kitchen under an awning with small sink and a gas BBQ will be your favorite place for a meal with family or friends.

At the end of an alley embellished with shrubs and essences of Provence is the pétanque court equipped with lighting for the evening.

Down by the pool* there is the Tennis court, surrounded by holm oaks.

All bedrooms have AC as well as the dining area and the living room.

* Swimming-pools are usually open from May to October, and some of them can be heated with an additional charge. Outside this period, pools are closed. Nevertheless, opening and heating remain possible on special request with an extra cost.
