Goult, architect house in the middle of greenery located on a pleasantly landscaped land with various plant species, a vineyard and a small vegetable garden.

The exteriors are landscaped with terraces, wooded areas, grassy or flowered spaces, garden furniture here and there, offering multiple possibilities depending on the day or the expectations of each other.

The decoration is sober and minimalist.

The house is composed of an entrance hall with guest toilet, a dressing room, a large living area where a dining room and lounge sahre the area, a TV lounge, a very modern fully equipped kitchen, scullery.

The night part consists of five bedrooms:

On the ground level:

Bedroom I: queen size bed, en-suite bathroom and toilet.

On the first floor:

Bedroom II (Master): queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with bath and access to terrace with open views.

Bedroom III: 1 single bed

Bedroom IV: 1 qingle bed

A bathroom and separate wc.

The house is inhabited by a refreshing ground as much on the ground floor as on the first floor.

The pool* of 12 x 4 meters unheated, secured by a perimeter system is located at the front of the house, a pool house houses a small summer kitchen, a toilet and a shower room.

At your disposal: ping-pong table, WIFI, refreshing floor.

The interior spaces are very well appointed, bright and spacious, the materials are of quality.

The house is rented for a maximum of six people.

* Swimming-pools are usually « open » from May to October, and some of them can be heated with an additional charge. Outside this period, pools are closed. Nevertheless, opening and heating remain possible on special request with an extra cost.
