This house can accommodate six people and is composed as follows:

On the ground floor:

Entrance hall serving, on the left, the fully equipped kitchen followed by a reception living-room opening onto the terrace. On the right, a staircase leading to a night space and a large office.

On the first level:

On one side, from the living room a staircase gives access to a large TV room with a piano. A corridor leads to two double bedrooms. Bedroom one with 160x200 bedsize. Bedroom two, with 180x200 bedsize. Then, a complete shower room.  

On the other side, a master suite with full bathroom and toilet. A staircase leads to a second office which gives access to a solarium terrace.

The exteriors are composed as follows:

A shaded parking area that can accommodate 3 vehicles. A few steps give access to a beautiful heated-pool* area of 8x4m secured by a gate. Then a little higher up is a terrace with a reception area with lounge and outdoor table.

*The pools are generally "open" from May to October, some of them can be heated with an extra charge. Outside of this period, the pools are in winter storage; opening and heating are done on request and generate an extra charge.
