In the heart of the Luberon and a few minutes from the village of Gordes with all shops, pretty traditional stone house with carved stone frames of about 160 m² usable area.

The entrance is directly in a large living room with fireplace embedded in a stone wall concealing a staircase. On the side, the kitchen and its pantry / laundry room also open onto a paved terrace with built-in barbecue.

On the other side, a release distributes the main bedroom I (with direct access to the garden), the bedroom II, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

On the floor, an office / TV lounge is in mezzanine on the stay, then a small hall distributes the bedrooms III & IV which share a bathroom with toilet.

At the back of the house, a room for use as a shed and garden workshop.

Southwest side of the facade, tall trees shelter a terrace where life is good, facing the 6 x 12 meters swimming pool with beaches paved in the Luberon stones.

The ground of 6500 m ² is flat and sported alternating chestnut, pines, fruit trees, then lavender field and a meadow. Ideal for holidays and rentals.
