The kitchen is in the continuity of the dining room and is separated by a Factory spirit decoration. It is fully equipped and has a scullery with washing machine and tumble dryer.

On the 1st floor are the other 4 bedrooms, 3 with a large bed 160x200 cm, 2 with a shower room and a children's room with 2x2 bunk beds. A bathroom is shared between the children's room and the 3rd double room.

A separate toilet completes this level.

The enclosed garden of 4400m² is composed of a grassed part and planted with olive trees and Provençal species, a swimming pool 15 x 4.5 m heated and secured by a shutter, a bowling alley.

A gazebo is also at your disposal to enjoy the peaceful environment.
