Slightly below the castle of the village and its shops, this pretty Bastide on more than 800 m² of land without vis-à-vis, was originally the school of the town.
It was totally renovated in 2012 to make a very pleasant residence of about 185 m².
It is accessed by an automatic gate in a courtyard dominated by this beautiful coated stone building. We enter a hall that distributes the living rooms on the ground floor: living room with fireplace, formal dining room, equipped kitchen with dining area and back kitchen / laundry. These last 2 rooms open directly onto the outside terrace with pergola, used as summer living room and dining room. From the hall with guest toilet, a beautiful staircase accesses the floor where a large landing is being used as a library lounge / office. East side we find 2 bedrooms with wardrobes and a bathroom, and west side 2 other bedrooms with wardrobes, a bathroom and a shower room.
