A few minutes from the village of Ménerbes, authentic U-shaped farmhouse renovated on a plot of more than one hectare.

From the south, we enter a beautiful courtyard closed by a huge awning, facing the living area in L shape.

A wrought iron glass door gives access to the living room with fireplace. In a row, a hall, the vaulted dining room and the equipped Provençal kitchen. Each of these living rooms opens directly into the courtyard garden. To complete the ground floor, a laundry room, a cloakroom with guest toilet, a technical room and a vaulted stone cellar which access is from the awning. On the 1st floor a landing distributes the 2 wings and comprises a bathroom. The East wing distributes bedroom I, a bathroom with toilet, bedroom II, an office with "solarium" terrace tropézienne and a large bedroom III partly sloping. The North wing includes a bedroom IV, an independent toilet, a bedroom V and a large bedroom VI with bathroom and toilet.
