In the plain of Comtat Venaissain between Mont Ventoux and Monts de Vaucluse, near Pernes les Fontaines and Isle sur la Sorgue, old stone farmhouse recently renovated with outbuildings and swimming pool on nearly 7500 m².

2 km from a village with all amenities, we enter the property through a large electric wrought iron gate. At the back of the farmhouse, an awning, parking area, a small fountain and a paved passage welcome the visitor to the entrance door sheltered by a canopy.

The hall distributes on the right the large living room with stone fireplace, then the formal dining room. A small hidden staircase gives access to a mezzanine converted into a small reading room above the dining room. The kitchen with dining area is the 3rd living room directly overlooking the large terrace to the south, partly shaded by a beautiful pergola with wisteria. At the back, a wine cellar / cool room, a cloakroom and a guest toilet. On the left of the hall, the night part includes a beautiful master suite on the ground floor, with dressing room, full bathroom and separated toilet.
