Facing the Luberon near the villages of Bonnieux and Lacoste, authentic stone hamlet converted into beautiful leisure property consisting of various buildings with swimming pool.
The entrance to the house is on the ground floor high in a large hall distributing the living rooms and the night area. On the left a generous dining room with fully equipped open kitchen, then the large living room with fireplace (+/- 50 m²). On the side a back kitchen / laundry room and a guest toilet. All these rooms are very bright thanks to their wide glazed openings. Going down 2 steps to the right, you reach the oldest part of the house, where there is a small reading / TV room. A superb stone staircase shelters a toilet and gives access to the bedroom I with wardrobe and bathroom on the floor. From the hall a large staircase leads upstairs to a landing which distributes bedroom II with shower, and bedrooms III and IV which share a large bathroom and separate toilet. These rooms enjoy a beautiful view of the vineyards of Provence. Another staircase descends to the ground floor which includes the boiler room, a large shed and a guest apartment with its enclosed courtyard (living room with kitchenette, bedroom V, bathroom and toilet).
Comfort: underfloor heating with heat pump, reversible air conditioning, joinery in wood and wrought iron, double and single glazing, exposed beams, stone floors.
A few meters from the house are several outbuildings connected by paved paths:
- in the center of the hamlet, a stone cottage with a glazed living room, a bathroom with toilet and a small miller staircase leads to the bedroom VI upstairs.
- On the side, a small house includes a very cozy stone vaulted living room on the lower garden level, and bedroom VII with its bathroom on the higher garden level. - In the North a large workshop and an old stone vaulted shed (more than 60 m²), as well as a large terrace with a canopy of about 30 m².
- At the South of the property the swimming pool 3.5 x 14 meters equipped with an infrared alarm, with paved beach and pool house (awning, technical room and outdoor shower).
The land of more than 1.8 acres is planted with white oaks, olive trees, laurels, cherry, almond, rosemary, lavender ... and enjoy the many vineyards around. The views are clear from the Luberon to the Monts de Vaucluse and all the way to Mont Ventoux.
