Just nearby the beautiful hilltop village of Gordes, this lovely renovated house, all in stones, is comfortable and cozy, with 200 m² of living space; a well balanced choice of materials used in the restoration, such as stone flooring, exposed beams, etc. The thick walls keep the inside of the house nicelly cool during the summer.

The house has on the ground floor an open L-shaped living area consisting of a kitchen, a dining room and lounge, a laundry room, toilet.
On the 1st floor: open space with internet access, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom / toilet.

Bedroom I with a queen size bed, bedroom II with two single beds (140 x 190). Bedroom II has an access to the garden using lovely stairs made out of stones.

Bedroom III, small bedroom with a large bed 140 x 190.

Also on the ground floor level, a totally independent fourth bedroom with a large bed (140 x 190) and its shower room / wc.

In front of the house, you will find a lovely enclosed courtyard. Out of the courtyard wall, you have to cross a small pathway to reach the car park for 2 to 3 cars, then by a gate you have access to the private garden of 1 600 sqm entirely fenced with a swimming pool* of 12 x 6 meters with a jacuzzi, a pool house, a summer kitchen with wood-burning oven.

* Swimming-pools are usually « open » from May to October, and some of them can be heated with an additional charge. Outside this period, pools are closed. Nevertheless, opening and heating remain possible on special request with an extra cost.
