The “Canadian well technology” is used to regulate the inside temperature in winter and summer. Windows are equipped with mosquito screens. Everything has been thought for you to spend a good time!

The house comprises an entrance with cupboard, a large living space including a fitted kitchen, a dining space, a living room with French windows opening onto the terrace, a study with high speed internet with Livebox and an utility room. In the night area, a first bedroom “Blue” with a double bed (140 x 190) , a shower room / WC, a bathroom / WC, a dressing room, a second bedroom “salmon” with two bunk beds (four people), cupboard with shelves, a third bedroom“fig tree” (queen size bed), cupboard and shelves.

The garden of 5000 m² enclosed grounds, is planted with olive trees, cypresses and equipped with garden furniture, for sunchairs, an electri plancha, a « pétanque playground». A large wood terrace of 110 m² is partly covered with an awning. The 10 x 5 meters non heated swimming pool* with stone paved decks is secured with an electric cover. Parking with shady spaces at the entrance.

* Swimming-pools are usually « open » from May to October, and some of them can be heated with an additional charge. Outside this period, pools are closed. Nevertheless, opening and heating remain possible on special request with an extra cost.
