The estate is located in the heart of the vineyards, in the triangle of the villages of Crillon le Brave, Caromb and Saint-Pierre-de-Vassols. The estate has 24 hectares of land classified as Ventoux AOP with a worldwide reputation. Certified organic, the vineyard requires a quality work, manual and mechanical. The grapes are harvested by hand.
Completely renovated, the cellar is underground, cool and naturally insulated, it is located under the house of the winemaker, it has concrete tanks with a total capacity of 1 700 hl. The cellar has barrels in good condition. The harvest is sold at the cellar and for export as well as in many starred restaurants.
The estate has a Château appellation.
