Just a few minutes from the village of Gordes, this charming 19th-century farmhouse is home to chef Alexis Osmont, who offers seasonal French cuisine subtly inspired by the Provençal terroir. Having previously owned and operated a restaurant in Normandy, he has created a spontaneous menu here which is updated daily according to market availability.

Products from Vaucluse are intertwined with Normandy influences to create delicate dishes, such as asparagus, artichokes, snails, turbot or monkfish with Paimpol beans, which are served alongside a delicious Normandy tart with salted caramel.
