House I: (+/- 65 m²): fitted kitchen, living room with fireplace, large terrace with pergola. First floor: bedroom I + shower room and WC, bedroom II + shower room and WC. House II (+/- 50 m²): kitchen, living / dining room, Bedroom I with bathroom and WC, terrace with pergola. House III (+/- 70 m²): living room + open kitchen with fireplace, bedroom I with shower room and WC, laundry room, bedroom II with bathroom and WC, terrace and pergola. House IV (+/- 45  m²): living room and open-plan kitchen, hall, bedroom I, shower room and WC, veranda. House V (+/- 80  m²): living room with fireplace, open-plan kitchen. First floor: bedroom I with bathroom and WC, hall, bedroom II, shower room and WC. Concrete swimming pool I (5 x 10 m) with paved surrounds and pool house is for the use of House V; heated swimming pool II (5 x 10 m + steps) in an enclosed area with paved surrounds and lawn is shared by the other houses.
