A wine estate of approximately 60 hectares close to Avignon and near to Châteauneuf du Pape. The buildings are spread out on the estate and comprise 5 farms, of which 3 are ruins. There are lots of possibilities with this property if you do not wish to continue with the vineyards.

The main farmhouse has approximately 600 m² on two levels. The main living area has a sitting room, kitchen, living room and 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. The numerous outbuildings include a caretaker's apartment (living room with American kitchen, 3 bedrooms and bathroom), a large outbuilding, a cellar, a large workshop/garage and a carport. Surrounding this building there is a park of 2 hectares which was once landscaped........and several beautiful large trees remain. A second farmhouse of approximately 120 m² (living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom). A third farmhouse has an apartment that needs renovating with a living room, kitchen and 3 bedrooms + approximately 180 m² of outbuildings. Two ruins sit in the middle of the vineyards, one of 400 m² and the other of 300 m², each on two levels. The grounds, apart from the areas used as garden near to the buildings, comprise fields, woods and vineyards. Some of the grounds have an automatic watering system.
